PBMT, previously known as Low Level Laser Therapy, is the application of re and near infra-red light to help improve soft tissue healing, reduce inflammation and relieve both acute and chronic pain. Treatments can be applied two or more times per week. Treatment is performed by a trained technician.

The results show a significant reduction in inflammation equal to or better than NSAIDs, without side effects.
